Baby

The gaga sound that escapes their tiny adorable mouths is the sound of hope. The way their mouth closes in and twists when trying to pronounce the word mom. . Crying crunches up their face and pours tears out of their beautiful eyes. Hearing the loud screeching screams feels as you are watching a semi truck climb up a hill. The time it takes to quiet them down is unbelievable. The need to kiss their fat rosy cheeks when they smile and expose an empty mouth absent of teeth is glorious. Every time you lift their little bums up and get them to try and walk, they come pouncing down. The touch of their smooth, soft head full of tiny hair is so admiring. When a baby wraps his or her hand around your fingers your heart is full of joy and nothing can make that moment more extraordinary. Planting a big kiss on their chubby cheeks feels so emotional and there is no feeling that can replace that. The way they stick their tongue as if they are playing a game with you is the most hilarious sight to set eyes upon.

Lion

Their elongated, hirsute body thick as the pericardium with four short bushy legs scares the jitters out of me. Its extremely puissant tail is full of strength and has the ability to throw you off your feet. The horrifying site of a lion’s sharp claws pops your eyes open and make you want to hurriedly sprint away. The disgusting smell of it gushing away at innocent human flesh makes you want to gag. The atrocious urge to puke is climbing up behind you. The deceiving fur that appears to be so smooth over its body is filled with itching mosquitoes. The loud and petrifying roars alert you like a fire station that has received a major fire order. A sudden rush of anxiety flashes past you and all you feel is fear. The need to immediately exit that frightening area is evidence of terror.
